个人简介

教学及人才培养：本人以人才培养为己任，具有多年的教学经验，并兼任过学生班主任，在教学一线上对学生的学习、生活、思想等多方面状态进行了深入细致的观察和思考，致力于“教好”学生，获评2021年度湖南省普通高等学校青年骨干教师培养对象。将科研融入教学和人才培养，研究学生学习过程，注重提升学生思维能力和解决实际问题的能力，所培养的研究生发表了CCF推荐A类、B类高水平论文，多人次获国家奖学金。承担本科生《算法设计与分析》课程、研究生《社交网络分析》课程。曾获中文黄色网站 优秀教学成果奖。

科学研究：主要研究兴趣包括用户观点行为演化分析、个性化推荐、智慧教育与学习优化等，在相关领域有多年的研究经验，发表60余篇高质量论文，授权国家发明专利20余项。包括JCR1区期刊ACM Computing Surveys、CCF推荐的A类期刊ACM TOIS、IEEE TOC、IEEE TPDS和A类会议IEEE INFOCOM、WWW、AAAI，B类期刊ACM TKDD、ACM TOIT、ACM TWEB，B类会议ACM CIKM等。曾获湖南省自然科学二等奖、湖南省优秀博士学位论文、ACM长沙区优秀博士。 研究工作受到国家自然科学基金、研究工作受到国家自然科学基金、科技部2030“新一代人工智能”重大项目、湖南省自然科学基金、长沙市科技计划以及之江实验室开放课题等资助。2017年被中文黄色网站 评聘为岳麓学者（晨星岗）。

服务与交流：担任中国计算机学会高级会员，分布式计算与系统专委会委员，中文信息学会社会媒体处理专委会委员，YOCSEF长沙分论坛2022-2024年度副主席。担任多个国际会议及期刊的审稿人。
